We have been very busy this semester. Owen was accepted into the film program here at Montana State Univeristy. He was even able to help out some upperclassmem by acting in one of the Junior One Acts. Kandi is one semester away from finishing her degree in Psychology. She is continuing to work as a First Year Initiative Advisor and continues to help one of her professors do research on prejudice, discrimination, stereotyping and motivation. Inbetween working and school, here is what we have been up to.

Fall 2009

The summer ended with a trip home to Stevensville. Russ, Lyndsey and Kennedee came to visit for two weeks! We ate lots of ice cream, saw lots of good famlily friends and spent some much needed time with relatives. The visit home was during the Creamery Picnic so we took in a few parades and quite a bit of good food too.

Our Last Night

We ate dinner at the Crab Pot! I have never had so much fun with food- my kind of eating!

I had to have my picture taken because I have never been in a taxi before and was very excited. However, the cab driver took advantage of our "Montananess" and charged us $10 for a trip that was a grand total of three blocks...we even tipped him:\

The W!

My uncle Harvey is the Chief Engineer at The W Hotel, right in downtown Seattle. Thanks to him, we got to spend the night at the 5 star hotel for free and enjoy one more night in Seattle before heading home to MT.

The boys had to try on the robes and talk about very important things- because that is what you do when staying at a 5 star hotel.

We did the dancing...

We all had a great time and were the only ones left on the dance floor at the end of the night! Owen, Scotty and Johnson had some pretty impressive moves.

I am not sure what this little girl's name is, but we became dancing buddies all night long!

The decorations were very pretty, and the food was amazing!

The Wedding!!!

Josh and Leslie had a beautiful wedding! They had one of those " whatever can go wrong today will" kind of days, but they managed to pull it off and it was pretty close to perfect!
